Tips for Specific Situations

Mentioning the midnight moment. If you're doing a champagne toast, a balloon drop, or streaming the ball drop on screen, say so. “Champagne toast at midnight and dancing until 2” tells guests a lot more than “party until late.”

Safe-ride guidance. If your party runs past midnight, guests will appreciate a note about rideshare availability or nearby parking. It's a small detail that shows you thought about them getting home safely.

Dress code for themed parties. If you have a costume or era theme, give guests theme-specific guidance rather than a generic attire note.
