2. Use of the Service

FreeInviteLinks is a platform for creating and managing event RSVPs. You may use FreeInviteLinks for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to send spam, collect data without consent, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Payments

Some features of FreeInviteLinks require credits or a one-time payment per event. Credits do not expire. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

We offer refunds on credit purchases within 7 days of the transaction at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be declined based on usage or other factors we deem relevant.

5. Guest Data

Event organizers are responsible for any guest data they collect through FreeInviteLinks. Organizers must have a legitimate basis for collecting guest information and must not misuse it. FreeInviteLinks is not liable for how organizers handle guest data.

6. Intellectual Property

FreeInviteLinks and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FreeInviteLinks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeInviteLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
